What if I need to file a warranty claim?
Your comfort is important to us. So if any of our products are ever causing a problem with you getting a restful night's sleep, we want to know about it. If you believe that you are having an issue with your mattress and need to file a warranty claim, just let us know. You can either email us, or call us at 888-814-2337. We will send you a warranty packet which will outline what measurements need to be taken and have you send us pictures of your mattress.
Once we approve your warranty claim, we will place the order for your mattress and arrange to have it shipped out to you. There is no cost for you to file a warranty claim and have your product replaced. After all, it isn't your fault that your product has an issue. We will ship your new product to you, have it setup and take away your old mattress.
