Accessory Refund/Exchange Policy

We realize that sometimes a color or an item may look a little different in your home than it appears on the website. For this reason we offer a 30 night, no questions asked return policy on all unopened, unused products still in their original packaging. Just call us, and we will send you a return shipping label to send the product back to us. Once we have receieved the product, we will refund your credit card for the FULL purchase amount.

We have the highest confidence in the quality and value of our products and we believe that you will also. Because of this, we also offer a 60 night comfort guarantee on all of our products. If for any reason in the first 60 nights after you receive your product you are unsatisfied with your accessory purchase, you can return it to us at no cost for a store credit in the amount of the original purchase.

  • Only one exchange per customer is allowed.

Mattress Refund/Exchange Policy

Guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with how your new mattress set feels, you may exchange it, up to 90 nights after you receive it!*

Click for details.All Twin, Full, Queen, King, and California King size mattress sets sold at Mattress Direct Online include not only a Full Manufacturer Warranty, but also a No Questions Asked Comfort Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with the comfort of the mattress set that you purchased, you can return it to us for a store credit toward any product in the same line. This policy may be exercised at any time from 15 (fifteen) to 90 (ninety) days after delivery.

Changing sleep surfaces may require a short adjustment period varying from two days to several weeks. Therefore, we request that you sleep on your new mattress set for at least 15 nights before attempting to exercise your comfort warranty. If you are dissatisfied with the comfort of your mattress set within the aformentioned time frame, you will receive a store credit for the purchase price of the set less a $99 (ninety nine dollar) processing fee (no additional shipping, delivery, or removal charges apply). Before making a claim, ensure that your products meet all of the following conditions:

  • The mattress must be in like new condition, with no rips, tears, marks, or stains.
  • Exchanges apply only to mattresses puchased as a set. Box springs, foundations, bed frames, mattresses without matching foundations, pillows, or other accessories may not be returned or exchanged. Use care when selecting each accessory to ensure satisfaction. (Example: Measure your bed before selecting a high or low profile foundation.)
  • Store credits may only be applied to products within the same product line. (Example: You may not exchange a Sealy Posturepedic product for a Simmons Beautyrest product or a Sealy SpringFree product.)
  • If you choose to move down in a product line (i.e. go from a pillowtop to a plush model), no refunds will be given for the difference in price between the two models.
  • Exchanges do not apply to Tempur-Pedic adjustable foundations or frames.
  • Exchanges do not apply to Olympic Queen, Extra Long Twin, or Extra Long Full sized mattress sets.
  • Exchanges do not apply to items that are not listed on our web site or that are special orders placed by phone.
  • Exchanges do not apply to orders going to or from Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico.
  • Only one exchange per customer is allowed.
  • We will provide boxes, bags, shipping labels, and other packing materials once your claim has been processed.
  • The customer will be responsible for properly packaging their mattress set for return shipment in the provided bags. On the day of the exchange, our delivery personnel will assist you with the repackaging of your old mattress after setting up your new one.
  • All claims/exchanges must be processed via telephone.
  • Customers will receive a store credit for the purchase price of their original order, less the processing fee mentioned above. No refunds will be paid in any manner.
  • Delivery timeframes for replacement mattresses are not guaranteed.
  • Mattress Direct Online grants or implies no defective product warranties on any products. All warranties provided are offered directly by the manufacturer. We will work to assist you in contacting the manufacturer should you need warranty service, in order to facilitate and expedite the process of warranty claims.

Cancellations

Mattress Direct Online offers a 48-hour cancellation policy on all orders. What this means to our customers is that whether you decide to change your order to a different product or cancel your order from us altogether, your money will be refunded at no additional charge, provided it has been less than 48 (fourty-eight) hours since your order was originally placed. In addition, after 48 hours, any Twin, Full, Queen, King, or California King size mattress or set which you have ordered but has not yet left the originating warehouse for delivery can be cancelled, but we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of 15% (fifteen percent).

  • After your order has left our warehouse for delivery, it cannot be cancelled.
  • If you request shipment of an in-stock of item to occur before the 24 hour cancellation period has ended, you may no longer cancel or modify your order.
  • After 48 hours since your order, cancellations do not apply to Split Queen, Olympic Queen, Extra Long Twin, or Extra Long Full sized mattresses or sets.
  • No refunds will be paid in cash or check. All applicable refunds will be credited to the same account that the original purchase was placed from.
  • Any complimentary items included with your purchase must either be returned in originally packaged, unopened condition before processing your refund or their full retail value will be deducted from your refund amount.
