How are comfort returns handled?

Purchasing a mattress is an important decision. We want to put you at ease when making your purchasing decision. If at any time in the first 90 nights after making your purchase you decide that your mattress is just not providing you with the peaceful night's sleep that you are looking for, just let us know. Our return policy is simple and easy. Not sure what mattress you think will be right for you? Give us a call and one of our comfort geniuses would be glad to talk to you about what is and is not working for you with your new mattress set and will help you select a new mattress that will provide you with the restful night's sleep you are looking for.

Once you have identified your replacement mattress, we will take care of everything for you. We will ship you out return labels and a packing slip for your old bed via UPS. On the day your new bed arrives, our delivery team will unpackage your new mattress and repackage your old one. You will give them the packing slip and return labels and they will handle disposal of your old mattress.

Many people ask us how we are able to handle our comfort returns for such a small fee. The truth is, our belief is that by taking the time to talk to you, the customer, and using the information you give us about what you are looking for that we are able to provide you with the right mattress 99% of the time.
