This time working the “fitness” angle, Serta’s 1983 Perfect Sleeper Mattress commercial features none other than a shiny-haired blonde!  Shocking!

For some reason I don’t associate amazingly comfortable night’s sleep or great mattress with El Camino. For the most part I think of a really funny looking car.

The ladies in these old commercials all had beautiful, flowing blonde locks.

This Serta Mattress commercial really doesn’t seem that dated, other than the price.
